The PRE-TEAM
groups of Team Dynamites involves a structured and progressive
preparatory training system designed to properly prepare each individual
for an exciting and successful career as a competitive gymnast. The
first step of the pre-team training system, Dyno-1, is offered to all
experienced recreational students who would like to explore their
abilities under the direction of the most experienced and well trained
coaches in the program. Dyno-1 offers students and parents alike an
introduction to a team style group, implements a higher level of
individual performance tracking, and offers families the highest level
of direct communication from the staff directly involved with their
child. Dyno-1 is followed by a timely and skill progressive step up to
Dyno-2, the second level of preparatory team involvement. Students
involved with the Dyno-2 training system will receive training for
specific skills required for initial competition. Dyno-2 students, when
properly prepared, move to the Level 4 team, the first level that
competition is offered in the USA Gymnastics program.
The LEVELS 4-6
training groups are the introductory groups of competition training for
advanced gymnastics participants. Level 4 is the introductory level of
the sport in which competition is offered at the local and state levels.
Level 5 and 6 are considered intermediate levels of competition. These
athletes are experienced with at least one season of competition to
their credit. All team members, regardless of level, receive the best in
coaching, the most dynamic and organized training system, and special
perks that can only be offered in the team program. Head Coach
evaluation and approval is required prior to participation in these
groups.
The LEVELS 7-10
training groups are designed for our most advanced athletes. These
gymnasts compete at the local, state, regional, and national levels.
Level 7 is the introduction to these advanced ranks and compete through
the state championship level. Level 8 athletes enjoy the opportunity to
continue their competitive experience through the regional championship
level. Level 9 and 10 athletes are considered national level competitors
and have the opportunity to participate at level appropriate national
championships at their respective ranks in the sport. The dedication
involved at these levels helps each individual athlete not only prepare
for a successful career in sports, but in life. Head Coach evaluation
and approval is required prior to participation in these groups.
