The Pre-Competitive Team program at California Dynamites is specifically designed to properly prepare young hopefuls for an exciting and rewarding career as competitive gymnasts. This program includes two levels; Dyno-1, the first step of team development, and Dyno-2, the competition prep group. Group descriptions and class schedules are provided below.

Dyno-1This is the first step of team skill level development for recreational students who have passed the Gold Level recreational class evaluation in our program. This group is open to all interested candidates who have met the prerequisite of our recreational class program. Dyno-1 participants will receive the best in gymnastics instruction by Team Coaches in order to prepare the gymnast for a move to the competition prep group, Dyno-2. As an introductory level to a team program, gymnasts and their families will be provided with all necessary information and opportunities to insure that competitive gymnastics is an avenue appropriate for their child. Students for Dyno-1 are selected based upon skill ability, desire, and approval by the Head Coach. New challenges, special activities, and involvement with California Dynamites top staff await these students.

Class Schedule:

Tuition: $165 / month (4 training hours per week)

Dyno-2

The second and final step of team preparation is Dyno-2. This level of pre-competitive instruction prepares students for a move to the Level 4 competitive gymnastics team at California Dynamites. Dyno-2 students will receive all necessary gymnastics skill and dance training in order to safely and properly prepare for future competition. Coached by Team Program staff members, these students receive the best instruction, the highest level of individual ability tracking, and the best in parent communication directly from staff. Although there is no competition at this stage, students will enjoy in-gym simulated showcase events where they will have the opportunity to display for parents and friends their new and exciting abilities in the sport. Dyno-2 students also enjoy special team building activities, holiday parties, and specific competition information in order to view the Dynamites Competitive Team in action. Any student interested in the Dyno-2 training group must have passed the Dyno-1 skill evaluation and have approval from the program's Head Coach.

Class Schedule:

Tuition: $185 / month (5 training hours per week)

Tuition is due on the 25th of the preceding month.

Registration Fee: $40/year for the first family member; $30/year for additional family members.  (Registration fees are due at time of registration and will be charged annually on your registration anniversary.)

Family Discounts: Additional family members will receive 10% off their monthly tuition.  (Discount is applied to the lower tuition rate.)
